Managers from Rosco locations throughout the world were asked to submit nominations for individuals who embody the values of OneRosco and the qualities of Leadership, Commitment, Integrity and Passion that Stan Miller has consistently exhibited throughout his illustrious career.
Though many worthy candidates were considered, Gina Italiano, our U.S. Customer Service Manager, easily dominated the outcome.
Gina has been with Rosco in Customer Service for 38 years, and aside from demonstrating all the values and the spirit that this award represents, she has also shown her knowledge, her patience, her dedication, her generosity and her humanity with everyone she comes in contact with. She is admired and praised by co-workers, dealers, and end users alike.
It is with great pleasure that we congratulate Gina on being the first recipient of The Stan Miller Award.
Also on this occasion two other Rosco colleagues were singled out for their recent contributions to the success and growth of OneRosco. Special Recognition Awards were presented to Chris Plummer from our Canadian office and Goyi Herrero from our Spain office.
