Today, mashable.com released a story about lovable Paul Vasquez 'cashing-in' on his new iPhone App:

The $0.99 app allows you to add a translucent double rainbow to photos you're taking with your iPhone. It's not exactly the most useful iPhone app, but as mashable.com says - the app does amuse you for a few minutes and that's what $1 apps are for. Paul has a contest going where he is giving away a T-Shirt to the best photo submitted to him using his app.
